All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive shipment confirmation via email and/or SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, order weight, quantity, and applicable logistics rates.

The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, serviceability, or regulatory restrictions.

• Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
• Non-Metro / Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

4. Logistics and Delivery Partners

We use trusted third-party courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and other authorized delivery partners.

Healthy Eats shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID / AWB number will be shared via email and/or SMS.

6. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery services across India, subject to courier serviceability.

7. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Invalid phone number or unreachable customer

8. Damaged, Defective, or Tampered Packages

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the package is damaged, defective, leaked, or tampered with.

• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared
• Order ID and issue details must be provided

9. Food Product Disclaimer

As our products include food items such as aachar, pickles, snacks, and similar products, delivery timelines and proper storage are important.
